MF3 carries a product liability insurance* of USD 1 million on selected products.
*Coverage on damages, if any, are applicable solely for manufacturing defects-related issues and must be approved by the insurer and the company. Coverage does not include any damages resulting from 3rd party mishandling (Eg, logistics, customs, distributors, etc), ‘force majeure’ events, careless application, or from improper use of the product for the intended purposes. Once concluded, the decisions of the insurer and company are considered final.
